SenCX · AI platform by ALIAX
AI with evidence for regulated processes
SenCX is an AI platform for working with recorded conversations and interviews: AI answers point to their source, a person checks and corrects the result, and every change stays in the audit log.
The SARA module for transcribing and analysing recordings works today. Further modules are in development.

The challenge
An AI result without a source is hard to defend in an audit
In regulated processes, an auditor, a regulator or a client may ask what the AI based its result on, who approved it and what was done with it.
Manual review covers only a sample
A review team cannot listen to every recording, so it checks only some of the calls and interviews.
AI answers without a source
Without a quote or a recording excerpt, the result has to be checked from scratch or taken on trust.
Evidence scattered across places
Decisions, corrections and evidence sit in emails, drives and spreadsheets, so it is hard to reconstruct who did what.
How it works
The SenCX principle: AI findings with evidence, a human decision and a trail
Every SenCX module is designed to work in five steps: finding, evidence, human decision, action and a trail in the audit log.
Finding
Planned
AI will point to what is worth checking in a conversation or document.
Evidence
Working in SARA
A quote, a timestamped excerpt of the recording or a document page.
Human decision
Planned
A reviewer, the compliance team or a team leader will approve or reject the finding. AI does not assess employees automatically.
Action
Planned
An approved finding will become a task for a specific person.
Trail
Working in SARA
The whole path goes into the audit log. Entries cannot be changed or deleted.
Today SARA covers evidence (answers quote the transcript) and trail (the change log) for recordings. The other steps will come with planned modules.
Working today
SARA: transcription and analysis of recordings with a change trail
SARA, a SenCX module, transcribes recordings of conversations and interviews in many languages, including Polish and English. The text has speaker labels and the sentiment and emotions of each statement. Corrections go into a working version, the original stays unchanged, and the result can be exported to XLSX and CSV.
Correct the text instead of retyping the recording
SARA transcribes the recording and recognises speakers. The analyst checks and corrects the result.
Every answer points to its source
Answers in a conversation with the recording quote only its transcript. You can check every quote in the text.
Every change leaves a trail
The original stays unchanged, and corrections go into the change log.
Recording
One recording or many at once: calls, interviews, focus groups. Recordings are organised by client and project.
Transcript and speakers
Text split into segments and speakers, word timings synchronised with the player, and the sentiment and emotions of statements.
Editing in two versions
Corrections go into a working version, and the original is protected from changes.
- Original unchanged
- Working version
Result
Finished text to export, or questions about the transcript of this recording.
- Export to XLSX and CSV
- Conversation with the recording (quotes)
The change log covers the whole process: who changed what, and when.
The SenCX platform
One platform, many modules on a shared foundation
SenCX is a multi-product platform: modules for different teams share one sign-in, one set of permissions and one audit log. SARA and the platform foundation work today; the other modules are planned.
Sources
Where the data comes from: recordings, live calls, documents and meetings.
SARA
Working
Transcription in many languages with speaker labels, sentiment and emotions, editing, export, conversation with the recording, organisation by client and project.
Live call assistant
Planned
Prompts from the knowledge base and a checklist of call obligations ticked off during the call.
Knowledge Centre
Planned
Answers from company documents with the source, an owner and a review date.
Meeting notes
Planned
Minutes with decisions and tasks, linked to the moment in the recording.
Multilingual assistant
Planned
Answers from company data for people who write or speak in another language.
Analysis
Different rules applied to the same data, for different teams.
Call compliance and quality checks
Planned
Legal and company rules. Every flag has a quote and a time in the recording.
Research interview checks
Planned
Checks of CATI, CAPI, IDI and FGI interviews against the Polish PKJPA standard.
Compliance rule library
Planned
Rule packs for sectors, with the legal basis and a version for every rule.
Pre-publication content checks
Planned
Ads, mailings and call scripts checked against the same rules.
Customer history
Planned
A customer timeline with statutory and contractual deadlines.
Topics and trends
Planned
What customers talk about and which topics most often end in a breach.
Churn risk
Planned
Signs that a customer may leave, with their own words as the reason.
Action
A finding becomes a task for a specific person, with a deadline and evidence.
SenCX ticketing
Planned
An approved finding becomes a task with evidence, a deadline and an owner.
Complaints with deadlines
Planned
One register of complaints from all channels, with a deadline clock.
Outsourcer oversight
Planned
Check results for calls an external partner makes on the company's behalf.
Supplier security questionnaires
Planned
DORA and NIS2 questionnaires filled in and assessed with a quoted source.
Security audit evidence
Planned
Evidence of compliance with Polish KSC and NIS2 in one place, with owners.
Trust
A property of the whole platform, not an optional module.
Audit log
Working
Every action is recorded. An entry cannot be changed or deleted.
Sign-in and permissions
Working
Sign-in with a company account, roles and access closed by default.
AI system documentation
Planned
A register and documentation of AI systems for AI Act requirements.
Planned elements shared by all modules: a queue of cases awaiting a human decision, an evidence card with the quote and recording time, one rule engine, deadline clocks, masking of personal data, and connections to phone systems, research platforms and document repositories.
Who it is for
Four product lines for sectors where conversations and documents are subject to review
The modules form product lines that can be deployed separately or combined on one platform. The line names are working names.

- The problem
- Each company has its own tools, and headquarters cannot see the whole picture.
- Modules
- All lines, group mode and explicit, logged data sharing between companies.
Security and data
Every module inherits the audit log, permissions and data location
Safeguards sit in the platform foundation, not in individual modules. Data stays in the EU or on your infrastructure, and access is closed by default.
Append-only audit log
Every action in the application is recorded. An entry cannot be changed or deleted from within the application, not even from an administrator account.
One sign-in, one set of permissions
Sign-in with a company account, roles and shared access rules for all modules. Working in SARA today.
Access closed by default
Users see only what they have permission for. An address without permission looks like one that does not exist.
Data in the EU or with the client
On our hosting, the whole system, including the processing of recordings by AI models, runs in the cloud within the EU. You can also run SenCX on your company's infrastructure.
Original unchanged
Transcript corrections go into a working version, and the original stays intact.
A person makes the decision
AI points to what is worth checking. It does not assess employees automatically.
Working with ALIAX
A SenCX deployment starts with your process, not with a licence
SenCX is developed and deployed by ALIAX IT sp. z o.o. First we learn the process in which you work with recordings or documents, then we choose the modules and the deployment option.
A conversation about your process
What recordings and documents you analyse, who checks the results and who you have to defend them to.
A live demo
SARA at work: transcription with speaker labels, sentiment and emotions, conversation with the recording, plus the audit log and an attempt to access without permission. The product shown, not promised.
Scope and terms
Modules, data location, roles in your team and a pricing model matched to your usage.
Launch
Accounts for your team and role-based access. Further modules join the same foundation, with no new sign-in.
Who is behind SenCX
SenCX is a product of ALIAX IT sp. z o.o., a company based in Wilkowice, Poland (KRS 0001102190).
Questions and answers
Questions about deployment, data, pricing and integrations
Is your question not here? Write to contact@aliaxit.com.
How does a SenCX deployment work?
We start with a conversation about your process and recordings, and a demo of SARA. Then we agree the scope, the deployment option and who in your team needs access.
Where are recordings and data stored?
There are two options. On our hosting, the whole system, including the processing of recordings by AI models, runs in the cloud within the European Union. You can also run SenCX on your company's infrastructure.
How is SenCX priced?
It depends on the option. When SenCX runs on our hosting, you pay for the number of users, the infrastructure and usage. When it is installed on your company's infrastructure, you pay for a licence, which does not transfer copyright in the code. Both options are billed monthly or annually, and we prepare an individual offer after a conversation.
What systems does SenCX connect to?
Today SARA accepts recording files and exports results to XLSX and CSV. Connections to phone systems, CRM and research platforms are planned.
Does AI in SenCX assess employees?
No. AI points to what is worth checking, and a person makes the decision: a reviewer, the compliance team or a team leader. The whole path stays in the audit log.
What works today, and what is in development?
SARA works today and is available to buy, together with the platform foundation: company sign-in, roles and the audit log. The other modules are in development.
